- Gift Cards can only be redeemed in Zimmermann boutiques and the Zimmermann online store
- If the Gift Card is not redeemed in full, the balance is valid for 3 years from the date of issue
- If the entire value of the Gift Card is not redeemed within 3 years the balance will be forfeited
- Gift Cards are not returnable, redeemable for cash or transferable between currencies
- The Gift Card will be posted to the recipient with to/from details blank

Shipping
Express orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-2 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days. Same Day orders will arrive by 6 pm if the order is placed prior to 11 am on any business day.Returns
Shop with confidence knowing you can return or exchange an item with ease at any of our ZIMMERMANN Stores, or by simply posting it back to the Online Store.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items (including sale items) within 15 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
