This item has been woven with hand dyed raffia. Due to the natural characteristics of dyed raffia, colour transfer will occur when dry and/or wet onto light colours. Avoid contact with any moisture, all light coloured clothing, furnishings and accessories. Colour is designed to fade over time. Always check the garment care label for specific care instruction

Express and International orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-3 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days. During sale periods some deliveries may take 1-2 days longer.
Same Day orders will arrive within 4 hours if the order is placed prior to 12 (midday) on any business day.
RETURNS

Returns or exchanges are accepted on items (including sale items) within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
