Care Instructions

Comes with a zimmermann case in either pink, blue or burgundy, dust bag and storage box. Clean your sunglasses by gently rubbing them with a lens cleaning cloth and a liquid cleaner specifically designed for eyewear lenses. Whenever setting down your frames, place them lens side up to avoid scratching. When frames are not being worn, place them inside the protective case. Avoid leaving your sunglasses in the car, especially on hot days, to prevent warping. Wearing sunglasses on the top of your head can stretch the hinges over time - avoid if possible. Always check the garment care card for specific care instruction.

Express orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-3 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days.

Same Day orders will arrive within 4 hours if the order is placed prior to 12 (midday) on any business day.

Returns

Shop with confidence knowing you can return or exchange an item with ease at any of our ZIMMERMANN Stores (currently unavailable) or simply by posting it back to the Online Store. Returns are complimentary within the US.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on items (including sale items) within 30 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
